What nornya is
nornya is a journaling companion for reflection and self-development. It is therapeutic, but it is not therapy, and not a medical, psychological, financial, or crisis service. Nothing it writes is advice or treatment. For adults 18 and older.
What nornya is not
- It is not therapy and not a medical or psychological service.
- It does not diagnose, treat, or manage any health or mental-health condition.
- It is not a crisis service. If you're in crisis, please reach a real helpline — in the US you can call or text 988 any time.
Using nornya
- You must be 18 or older.
- Your reflections are for your own use. They are prompts to think with, never instructions.
- Please don't rely on nornya for decisions about your health, finances, or relationships.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account and keep access until the period you've paid for ends. Prices are shown before you pay, and every plan starts with a 3-day free trial.
Refunds
Payments are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). If you're not happy, email hello@nornya.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it. Because the trial lets you try nornya before paying, we handle refunds case by case after that window — just get in touch.
